Membership Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: Feb 21st 2026

This Membership Cancellation Policy forms part of the FAR Studio Membership Agreement and applies to all 12-month recurring memberships.

1. Notice of Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by the Member via email to FAR Studio at the designated studio email address.

Cancellation requests submitted verbally, via social media, text message, or through third parties shall not constitute valid notice.

Notice shall be deemed received on the date the written request is delivered to FAR Studio.

2. Mandatory 30-Day Notice Period

Members are required to provide a minimum of thirty (30) days’ prior written notice of cancellation.

The 30-day notice period shall commence on the date FAR Studio receives the written cancellation request.

Cancellation requests cannot be backdated and shall not take effect immediately.

3. Effective Date of Cancellation

The effective cancellation date shall be thirty (30) days from the date written notice is received.

For illustrative purposes only:
If written notice is received on February 24, cancellation effective March 1 is not permitted. The effective cancellation date would be March 23.

All scheduled payments due within the 30-day notice period shall remain payable and will be processed in accordance with the Membership Agreement.

4. Access and Member Benefits

Membership pricing reflects discounted rates offered in consideration of a recurring commitment.

FAR Studio reserves the right to modify, limit, or terminate member access and benefits during the final billing cycle following submission of cancellation notice.

Membership fees are not subject to proration, partial refund, or reimbursement.

5. No Refunds

All membership payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

6. Acknowledgment

By enrolling in a FAR Studio Membership, the Member acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Cancellation Policy.
