**Free Advanced Online Fitness Program - HIIT ** Try out FAR's online fitness program HIIT for 1 Day and check if it's for you This 1 Day workout is designed for those who want a challenging and effective workout from home. Led by world champion **Farinaz Lari** This session is a sample of our 7 day workout program and it includes **instructional videos** and is designed to be completed in **1 hour**, depending on your fitness level you can modify the reps and weights. While you can modify reps as needed, the program assumes that individuals who train **2-3 times per week** can complete all suggested reps. ### **What You Need:** ✔ **Dumbbells** ✔ **Kettlebells** ✔ **Resistance Band** ✔ **Yoga Mat** ### **Need Modifications or Support?** Participants can **email info@farstudio.ca** to request a **15-minute video consultation** with the instructor, based on availability, for plan adjustments or questions.
