**Advanced Online Fitness Program - HIIT 1** Kickstart your fitness journey with **FAR Studio’s Advanced Online Fitness Program - HIIT 1**, designed for those who want a challenging and effective workout from home. Led by world champion **Farinaz Lari**, this **7-day structured program** features high-intensity workouts (8/10 intensity) to help you build strength, endurance, and agility. Each session includes **instructional videos** and is designed to be completed in **1 hour**, depending on your fitness level you can modify the reps and weights.
