Meet Mo, FAR Method's New Fitness Instructor.

Born and raised in Tehran, Iran, Mo's journey seamlessly intertwines athleticism with academic pursuit. From captaining his school soccer team, showcasing innate leadership qualities, to excelling in Physics, Mo's passion for both sports and learning has been evident since childhood.

Mo's determination to gain muscle led him to embark on an 8-year bodybuilding journey at the age of 17. With a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering & design and a diploma in Kinesiology, Mo's academic pursuits complemented his growing interest in understanding the mechanics of the human body.

Mo's CrossFit journey began in 2017, marked by a memorable and challenging workout that ignited his passion for functional training. Just two years later, he transitioned into coaching, driven by a desire to share his expertise and inspire others. In 2021, Mo embarked on a new chapter in Canada, seeking personal growth and cultural exploration.

Armed with a CF Level 2 certification and TRX suspension training expertise, Mo approaches coaching with a focus on steady progress and holistic well-being. Guided by his favorite quote, "Consistency always outweighs intensity," Mo emphasizes the importance of continuous learning and spiritual development, both in and out of the gym.

With a scientific approach to training and a commitment to tracking progress through data, Mo believes that fitness extends beyond the physical realm—it's a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. Outside the gym, you'll find Mo indulging in his love for outdoor activities like hiking and snowboarding, reminiscent of his days in Iran.
